Thomas A. Cruz-Soto, Jr., Ed.D., currently serves as Interim Vice President of Student Services at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ, where he also continues to oversee Student Services as Dean and serves as the college’s primary conduct and discipline administrator. Prior to joining Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ, he was Associate Vice President and Dean of Students at California Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he led co-curricular initiatives promoting active student engagement, diversity, and responsible freedom of expression. A first-generation college graduate from Camden, New Jersey, Cruz-Soto has dedicated his career to student advocacy and leadership development, both domestically and globally.
His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success, making him a valued and impactful member of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ community.
